This is another piece of equipment from up at the farm. It is part of an old combine that now sits idle. The manufacturing date on it is 1949, I can only imagine the changes this equipment has seen...
I love old farm equipment too. There is something extraordinary about the ordinary tools from just a few generations back. Funny that 'organic' wasn't even thought about 100 years ago, you just farmed with nature. Everything was organic to a point. Thanks for you lovely blog!
