Bonnie Brae Farms in Wellington, Ohio, hosted their annual Ohio Outdoor Quilt Festival a couple of weeks ago. The girls and I love going to this event. It's relaxing, beautiful, and relatively inexpensive...
I can't find the words to adequately describe how beautiful everything is.
I believe there were around 350 quilts entered in to this year's show. Some were hand stitched, some were machine stitched, some were new, and some were very old. But they were all beautiful!
What makes this show so nice is that you can walk right up to a lot of the quilts and get close and personal. It's amazing to see all of the fine detail and really hard work that go into these works of art.
I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as the girls and I did:)

Oh I love that last shot with quilts pinned up high on the side of the white barn. Another perk to having daughters: they will come along with us to "girl-y things" our husbands wont go to.
Cheers,
Leah
Those are wonderful---and what a perfect way to display quilts! Glad you enjoyed it!
